Market equilibrium
The price at which the quantity buyers want equals the quantity sellers offer, so nothing is left over and nobody is left wanting. On the graph it is where the demand and supply curves cross. Once there, the price has no reason to move.
Also called: equilibrium price, equilibrium quantity, market-clearing price
